Future Sonics Atrio MG7 Review and Appreciation thread
First off, thanks for the nice review. I was actually looking for this IEM review. They are offering me 50% off so i'm just doing some reading on these new drivers. I had my old M5s and they were good. Unfortunately, they lost sound due to wire fraying and now i'm looking for another pair. So...- Henweee

Re-shelling Shures SE530
Hi all, anyone ever re-shell'ed their Shures IEM with W3 wires? Do you think this is a good idea? Do you think this will downgrade the quality comparing the original wires? Any suggestions or advice would help. Thanks.- Henweee

SE530 Fraying problem
Thanks for the replies my fellow Head-Fi'ers. Unfortunately i bought the SE530 from Ebay 1 year and a half ago. I don't think Shures will warrant my set. cicatrez879, so i can send these out and re-do the wires with Westone braided wires? Hrm, this sounds like a plan. What are the procedures...- Henweee

SE530 Fraying problem
Hi, my wires on my SE530s are fraying in 2 places. I am getting lots of static while listening to music. Are the wires replaceable? Are there any ways to recover the wires? Any suggestions or advice is much appreciated. Thanks. Hen- Henweee

Shure SE530
I think certain listeners have a certain expectation on bass. I just recently purchased the Shures and the Atrios. And i know for a fact that if you want good bass, the Shures are not the IEMs you are looking for. Shures are really balance in highs, mids, and lows. But if you are looking for...- Henweee

Futuresonics Atrio M5
Damn. I just bought a pair of the M5s. Anyways, i'm new to the IEM realm. I recently purchased the Shure SE530 and the M5s. I am in love with the M5s, they sound really really good. It has very good bass, but lack on the mids and some highs. I only wish the Shures have the bass of the M5s. The...- Henweee

Which starter IEM to get?
IMO, there is no such thing as getting something that is bang for the buck, especially in audio. Its either you get something nice and won't regret it or get something ****ty which you will end up upgrading. You can either save and get the Super.fi 5 Pro or the Westone UM1 (which is on sale...- Henweee

Need feedback for the Shure SE530
I just purchased the Shure SE530. I want to know what kind of tips are good for the Shure IEMs. I want something that can increase comfort, isolation, and SQ. I read a previous post that the T-400s are good. I want to know your opinion. Thanks. Hen- Henweee

Ongoing Comparison between Shure's SE530 PTH and Westone's UM2
Yes you are right. I am comparing the lowest price on the Shure and the highest price on the UM2. I've been looking everywhere on both IEMs for the lowest price and somehow the UM2 Black is still at the high price and Shure is a little lower than the new UM2 price.- Henweee

Ongoing Comparison between Shure's SE530 PTH and Westone's UM2
Thanks for the review. I had a chance to listen to the Shures SE530 over the weekend. I liked the Shures alot, but i was also interested in the the Westone UM2 because of their tight bass and comfort fit. I've been doing a price comparison on them both. I think the Shure can be gotten for less...- Henweee

TF10, SE530 or UM2?
Hi, I'm actually on the same boat. I am having a hard time choosing which one to get. I am leaning towards the UM2 for tight bass and comfort fit. I've been doing alot of research and i think overall the Shures has the upper hand in SQ. There are not many negative reviews about them. As for...- Henweee
