FWIW, I found the software compatibility of the MGS4 80GB w/PS2 games very hit and miss. I think we ran around 50:50 as to PS2 games that were playable - some slowed to a stand still in action intensive scenes, others just froze. Some played fine though. As a result we just built up our PS3...

PX-100's are open and would leak some sound so they may be out for you if the SR-80's are out for leaking sound. Upside is they fold small & are thus portable and are decent unamped. I'd suggest Audio Technica AT-ESW9's or ES7's depending on how much you want to spend. Closed, sound fine...

I think good and cheap macro lenses are mutually exclusive. I love the Tamron 90mm Macro though & last time I checked it was at least cheaper than the comparable Nikon lens. That is a full frame lens though so there may be a cheaper Dx alternative around...
