Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
Guys Very good discussion. Lots to learn. Thank you for all the shared info. If your #1 criteria to select your headphone was "background sound isolating microphones", so you sound great when on the phone in a noisy environment, which one would you pick?- pprj

Hi there guys. I'm a long time member of this forum, reading a lot and learning from the masters. I have bought 5 pair of headphones in the last 10 years, all based on advices and knowledge I learned here. So thank you. I'm in the market for a new headphone set and wondering if what I...- pprj

Guys I got my last earphone based on feedback found on this forum, a Vsonic GR07. Thank you for that. Incredible sound, amazes me every day. But life has changed and now I see myself in long commutes, listening to my music but also having to take the occasional phone call. I tried to...- pprj

Klipsch S4i worth $79?
Strange thing. I have a CowON with Etys ER4, etc. Pure nirvana. But the ER4 does not work with my Android phone. The digital to analog conversion is probably not that good, amplification, equalization, whatever it is, I can't make my Etys work with a HTC phone. But the S4 works well...- pprj

Is it possible to determine if a Ety ER4 is a P or S model whithout listening to it?
I have an offer to buy a pair but the owner does not know if he has a 4P or 4S. I will meet him this week and I'm here wondering if I can determine which model it is just by looking. Any hints? Thanks!- pprj

Confused with Shure SE215...
Guys, an update. Custom tips for ER4 arrives a few weeks ago. Comfort level, from 0 to 10, is 11. It is simply amazing. There is absolutely nothing like it. Now, with the customs the bass is not at the same level. Still ok, but not like the one I get with the tri flanges. ...- pprj

Confused with Shure SE215...
Thanks calipilot227. You're right.... even when confronted with IEMs that are supposed to have great bass, the ER4P still shines. It is indeed an amazing device. Thanks for the custom tip suggestion. I will explore it.- pprj

Confused with Shure SE215...
Guys, I got a pair of Shures SE215 to go with my Ety 4P for those occasions when more comfort is needed. I really respect the Ety 4P sound, but the comfort is not where I need it. And I have a lot of money invested in tips and all sorts of tricks to make 4P better in terms of fit...- pprj

Klipsch X5 - Deal Alert, Sort Of
How do they compare to the Ety 4P? I have a 4P and love the sound. Don't like the fit. I also have a Klipsch S4. Love the comfort, but the sound is too bass oriented for my tastes. So I was thinking about an Ety 4P sound with the comfort level of a S4. Hopefully the X5 is this...- pprj

Etymotic ER4P confort
Hei guys, Thanks for taking the time. Yes, the original flanges are too big. I feel a terrible pressure in the canal after a few minutes. It hurts. I'll contact Etymotic and ask for samples. In the mean time, could you please tell me where to go for custom tips? Again, THANK YOU.- pprj

Etymotic ER4P confort
Hi there folks. Need some help from the specialists. I got myself an Ety 4P but I rarely use it. I just can't find the best fit and can't use it comfortably. It's unbearable to the point of using my SH EX300 most of the time. Problem is, I prefer the sound of the Ety. Is there anything...- pprj
