I know. Regardless of whether or not it is my only experience of IEMs so far, my C16s were fantastic for me and only cost me £80. Finding something of at least similar quality to that is all I'm looking for on this current budget, not an end-game set up.

Just read a few reviews of the T3 Plus that say the width is good but certainly not stand-out. I'd consider it a budget option, maybe to get alongside an OE model if I go that route. But if I'm sticking to IEMs only then I'd rather aim higher up the price bracket for something better overall...
