Cantabile and EQ will solve the frequency problem. I have each channel with different preset. I'm not home rn but I can share some of my presets with you. I had 770 pro for short period. they are good isolation HP but fatigue da hell out of my ears.

A: Yes Sir. B: If you have monitor speakers ( or in general 2.1 setup ) you can hook up into the amp and disconnect the headphone when you want you speakers on.

I think a good USB cable with two of those on each end Noise Filter Cable Ring will do the job. correct me if I'm wrong. I do have those and work flawless. sometimes cheap stuff do the work just need a bit of research.

I need some of those bang for the $ cable for headphone. I never tried one of those before. Any recommendations or I can just get those and add the connector I need ?

Just make sure you get open back headphone for more natural sound and less fatigue for your ears. I'm long listen guy so close back won't do for me. Take a look my avatar ;) yeah I did it.

just connect the headphone amplifier to the "line 1" jack on the sound card and in the control panel set output to "2 Speaker". This will give you 2.0 stereo output to the headphones amplifier.

If you are going to solder any delicate wire ( speakers and OFC cables or tiny gauge wires) you must use temp control soldering iron. If not you will have 80% chances to burn everything or degrade what you are about to built.
