Nvm figured it out. Thank you Audeze! That woosh sound is all gone! I was worried I got a bad pair. This is now my favorite headset. It truly sounds super clear. My first planar headset and wont be my last.

Can someone tell me how to update this? I extracted the file but there's still no firmware showing in the app. What am I doing wrong? Im on Windows

Do we know for sure that a new firmware update is coming next week? I want to start using these to their full potential. Or decide to return them.

I like this headset but I've tried different USB ports, aux, turned off sidetone and still get this distortion/whoosh sound listening to anything. I hope they fix it in an update. Or it kinda sounds like I got a bad pair. When I'm gaming on my PS5 it almost drowns out when im in game chat but...

Got mine two days ago. I'm noticing the same thing with the whooshing sound. Hopefully it can be fixed via firmware. It's distracting at times.

This is the best headset I've ever used. Love planar now. I'm comparing it to my sennheisser pc37 and it's better than that.

Random question but does anyone know what to set the audio format on the PS5? Linear PCM, Bitstream (Dolby) or Bitstream(DTS)?

When you plug them in the charger is it suppose to blink red? When I turn them on it shows yellow/green. It's my first planar headset. Love it so far.
