Dirac is onboard where as Dolby is extra processing done by the computer. Dirac allows a cleaner sound. I really enjoy it.

the qobuz shortcuts also only work if the app is in the foreground for me. Its super frustrating. And my media keys work fine with spotify even when im in a game. Steel series keyboard

No, they are built to a standard it is a protocol. Going from Cat5e to Cat6 or Cat7 is technically an upgrade and can run a further distance but the cables in your walls are likely of Cat5e or lower and unless you are running a really far distance not worth it.

I prefer the ATGM2, similar to modmic but better quality as its audio-technica. You can just use the regular microphone input you dont need to use USB

Understandable about the extra wire but honestly unless you have wireless headphones the extra wire isnt really noticable. You can also headshrink it to your headphone cable if you want to go that far and make it seem like 1 wire.

Any of the THX AAA amps are great. The monolith one is the only dac/amp combo and has dirac. Have you checked if the ebay listing will ship to EU?

The 6XX would also work just a bit more expensive. The 58X bass is more present but definitely not taking over the sound, they still have a sennheiser sound.

Qobuz windows app has been driving me nuts with how often the song stops playing and I have to manually switch to the next song to get it playing again. I really dont understand how hard it is for them to implement windows media controls so i can hit play pause with my keyboard.

If you can get a DAC with Dirac sensaround it trumps the other signals completely.
