ER-6i's tips... what other IEM's are they compatible with?
My finacée is on her 2nd pair of 6i's and she would like to try something else for a change. The thing is that she absolutely loves the tips she uses with them now. They are some 3rd party double flanged silicone tips (sorry, I do not recall where I got them) but the thing is that they are...- nalth

Usb amp/dac for HD-25-1 II (for under $150 or so)
Hi, while I understand that similar questions might have been asked before, I need help with my specific situation. Right now I'm running my cable-modded HD-25-1 II's directly from my computer (built in Realtek HD Audio). As this is my work computer I cannot install a soundcard but I still...- nalth

G&W TW-03E / TW-05D, anybody?
This is a sick bump of my own thread from over 3 years back! However, the question is still valid, and this time too... I'm close to buying.. any impressions? http://www.china-highend-hifi.com/prod0212121723.htm Thanks -
Please suggset me <$200 cans that fill my requirements
Thank you for the recommendations so far. I planned on using IEM's to begin with, but I now find it a bit too inconvenient. I.e., co-workers might not notice the IEM's and start talking to me, they can bee too isolating, they are harder to fit/take out. However, I suppose I would get more value...- nalth

I apologize if this question has been answered before, but since I've been away fro Head-fi for quite some time and never really followed the full-size threads since I got my 701's about two years ago. I need a bit of help. What would be a good set of cans that fill the following...- nalth

@kretz: sounds good! Have anybody tried both the RE0 and the ER6i's? If so, how do the bass comapre? Does the RE0 have even a hint more bass?- nalth

ER-6i's: other alterntives for the gym? (UPDATE: RE0 vs. ER-6i bass?)
PFE: I'ma bit worried about the buildquality, otherwise they look like a good alternative. After even more research I think I have shortlist though: Monster Turbine (problem: too expensive?) S4 (hiss?) RE0 (too little bass?)- nalth

ER-6i's: other alterntives for the gym? (UPDATE: RE0 vs. ER-6i bass?)
Decisions, decisions... choosing the optimal IEM is so hard But I recently got interested in the option of using an amp; the FiiO E3 is really small.. Would the ER-4P + FiiO E3 be a good pair? More bass than the Er-6i I suppose? I would love the E5, but the tiny 200mAh battery is just too...- nalth

ER-6i's: other alterntives for the gym? (UPDATE: RE0 vs. ER-6i bass?)
After some further research I'm starting to like the Westone line-up. I suppose the Westone 1's would be a viable alternative. GreatDane: I did that with the 6i's too, worked ok, but I still think the 4P's (or at least look) a bit bulky... @Spyro: Why should I go with the W2's?- nalth

Best non-fatiguing IEM's under $400 (or less)
Hm, how about if I want to listen to them unamped? Is the W3/UM3X still good? No, I did not find the ER-6i's very fatiguing, the lack of proper bass is their main issue (price as side).- nalth

The IE8's sound like a good alternative. However, am I completely mistaken to somehow associate this "relaxed signature" with poorer quality? I know that I asked for a non-fatiguing sound signature, but will it still be "good". (I anybody understands what I'm trying to say/ask) Also, do the...- nalth

Hello, I'm been away from the forums for some time now so I'm not quite up to date with the current market. So I ask, could you please recommend me a pair of IEM's that fill these requirements: Non-fatiguing. I own a pair of K701's that I find to be very good, but, at the same time I'm...- nalth
