Solaris 2020 94db 15.5ohm. SE846 114db 9ohm. Based on this, Solaris should be harder to drive than SEs, but I can tell than I need around 30% less power with Solaris. Maybe the impedance graphs tells a different history compared to the specs of both, dunno.

It happens with Tidal skipping tracks of the same album for example. Trying with CA Solaris. Seems it only occurs in single ended as @slumberman mentioned, but I don't have a balanced cable.

I have driver flex in my left unit with silicone tips if I don't pull my ear with the right hand while inserting. Not kidding lol. No problem with foam tips or doing it as described.
