Foobar 2000 is downmixing all 6 channel FLAC recordings I have on external hard drive and thumb drive in 6 channel to stereo. What sequence of steps do I need to take to play these FLAC files in 6 channel?

This occurred today on two computers running Windows 10. Each computer was earlier updated with iTunes 12.10.6.2. Any here have that problem. Apple could not help, stated it was a Microsoft problem, i.e. firewall, anti-virus/permissions, or port numbers. Bottom-line I do not know what to do...
