This occurred today on two computers running Windows 10. Each computer was earlier updated with iTunes 12.10.6.2. Any here have that problem. Apple could not help, stated it was a Microsoft problem, i.e. firewall, anti-virus/permissions, or port numbers. Bottom-line I do not know what to do. Last time something like this happened I just waited a day and all functions began working again.
