Ordered mine over a month ago, they just arrived today. Wowwwwwwwwwwww. After only listening through stock iPod earphones this totally blew me away. I love Ms-1 :0

I ordered mine December 10th. Seems so long ago. Since they said they're shipping them sometime this week I expect to be charged sometime very soon. I really can't wait for these, this will be my first time listening through non stock headphones.

Got a prompt e-mail response back. They hope to ship the cans in a week. I'm happy now. As long as I know an approximation, the waiting won't be eating me inside anymore.

I sent them another e-mail.. When do you guys think they'll have them ready to ship?

I ordered the HD414 Replacement Pads of Ebay. Which will probably come before my headphones do.

To all that have an iPod: If you want to play FLAC files on your iPod, just change the OS to the Rockbox OS. It's free, and it's better in pretty much every way except looks. It works on every kind of iPod except the new 80G video one. (I learned the hard way.... )

I ordered the MS-1 Last week on sunday from Alessandro.. What a strange company. I'm sure some other people ordered it sometime around this month, have any of you recieved it yet? I heard somewhere that they're back ordered, does anyone have an idea how long it'll take them to restock?

Are these replacement HD414 pads worth it? Why do you swap them out for these ones specifically?

So where do you get the 414 pads? Since everyone is talking about them i assumed they came with the headphones.

Thanks for the replies. When I saw the price on Amazon for the HD580's I didn't know they were a discounted price. Should I jump on this? Or are the MS-1's better than the HD580's unamplified?

Hi eveyone. I'm looking for some advice as to what headphones I should get. I'm completely new to high end audio, having listened only through my iPod headphones. I don't want earphones or canalphones. My budget is only about $100 I hear that the Sennheiser HD580's are great, if it's worth it...

Use the Foobar music player. It has a downloadable plugin that lets you transfer songs onto the iPod.
