i have experience with the takstar pro80. it is a  very nice headphone. is there any sound difference between either of the takstar and Hyper x cloud?

maybe the drivers are identical. we would ove to hear it from clearhead1.

also the sr950 is not very power efficient. you may need an amp for it.

it also depends on which source you use to connect. alot of players will sound harsh i use them with ipod video rockboxed and they are somehow sharp in upper frequencies and they are not balance at all.

for the best results buy one ipod video refurbished from gamestop. rockbox it. you dont need an amp for jvc s500. because the dac inside the video ipod is superior to the most of the smartphones and apple stuff. just get the ipod video 5.5 and your all set.

today i just got my new pair of jvc s500 and s400. i have been using these jvc for almost 4 years and recently broke my both pairs. i tried to perform some mod to the new jvc s500. when i sealed the two holes with 3m medical tape inside the driver the sound became more like stock jvc s400 but...

the isk2011 is not there with the pro80. my brother got his Isk2011 yesterday in mail. it is just not there. he was telling me since takstar not there in USA anymore so why dont you go for for the Somic mh463 beacuse accoding to him it sounds superior in each way.

what about soundstage ,its it wide 3d dimentional? are mids recessed?

i yesterday bought a ksc75 from kmart. attached it to portapro band sounds good but very artificial. too sharp in upper frequencies. but how do you compare the koss ur55 to portapro? sound wise. some people say it is a more cleaner than the portapro.

i found out the ktx pro1 sound similar to px100 series. anyone with budget should get those .

i got some broken ksc75 but one driver is working and to me ksc75 driver sounds thinner compare to ktxpro1

px100 sounds like portapro but it is also a more refined version of it.

i think blowing the driver will mess up the driver and another thing i found is that the KOSS ktx pro1 sounds identical to px100ii

few days back i had htf600, hd518, jvc s500, samson sr950, harx700 . all of them were good but i kept the htf600 because i thought it had same sound signature like the jvc harx700 but with wider soundstage. today i bought the KOSS ktx pro1 and i think it sounds a bit thinner compare to htf600...

it reminds me of hd518. believe me for $9 that i paid nothing is lacking on them and they are better than portapro and ksc75 but here i really want to know if they are not using the sportapro drivers.
