I think this is in part to do with the frequency in which Topping releases stuff.. Its hard to keep up/care when every 3 to 4 months there's a new amp/dac in a shiny new chasis. The A70 pro does look like a winner so far though.

I can't answer that directly since I've yet to hear a (working) OG HE6, but I've owned three pairs of HE-500 and I found them to be better than the Clear when it came to bass physicality. So I'm guessing the OG HE6 would be even better yet.

I haven't heard the LCDX but I do have a Clear OG and in terms of bass punch I'd say its a sidegrade at best/just different. The 6SE's bass slam is centered around the really low sub bass, whereas the Clear has quite a bit more midbass punch, and less subbass extension. So really it'll come down...
