So, found reset button (hole) on bottom edge of PAW. This has reset, thank goodness!! This reset is not mentioned anywhere. I still don't know if, by default, the card is  formatted exFAT or FAT32? What is the track limit with this firmware?

Yup! Their site (Lotoo.cn) Buyers may still be buying it...unaware there is an 8000 track limit! (Approx 800 albums). Just a modicum of support from Lotoo would be appreciated – the PAW5000 just doesn't EXIST on the Lotoo web site and as much as HiFiheadphones.co.uk try, they seem to be stymied...

Hi puworld. Lotoo have pulled the reference to PAW5000! It was up for about 24 hrs, but there were 'issues' with the firmware. Next year perhaps?
