I never got a pop up to update the firmware, and honestly never thought to look since the poly was long in the tooth by todays product Upgrade standards. Still, this is infuriating and i have no great options here .

If that’s the case , that’s insane. How am I supposed to update the firmware then since the original mojo is not in my possession?

Hello. I had a mojo and poly and traded in the mojo for a mojo2. I never updated the firmware on the poly and the mojo2/poly combo does not work. It worked fine with the original mojo. Any way i can update the firmware or make it work ? Thanks from a newbie

With all the sluggish start up issues and software bugs that have been reported the sr 15 doesn’t sufficiently run..... if you don’t have one wait to see if these issues are addressed before taking the plunge.

I am having the same issue on start up. I bought the sr15 based on the company’s reputation of putting out a fine product. Although the sound quality is great , it has had a lot of these usability issues that are frustrating. The most frustrating part is, to date, not keeping their promise...

I have had it for a few days. Qobuz integration is not great imo. Too buggy ( that’s not the sr 15s fault ). Also to my ears tidal sounds better on the sr 15. On my desktop setup (woo wa7 ) I give the nod to Qobuz.

will do. I recently went on an electronics bender so to speak . I also recently purchased the ascend acoustics sierra tower speaker with RAAL tweeter and i have been playing with them.  It may take a little while before i can give you an honest assessment 

I cannot comment on the tubes as of yet as I just received them and haven't let them fully burn in yet. I may put them in my gen 1 unit to see if I detect a difference there since I have had the gen 1 a lot longer
