Im currently using a Fiio x7i. If i had 700usd to burn for a new DAP, would this be a way better option compared to the x7ii and/or 300r? Having 2 sd card slots is a non-issue for me since I'm ok with my current single slot DAP. My sound preference is nuetral to a tad bit bright. Thanks.

I keep seeing and reading these so-called advantages of the x5iii over the x7i. I agree and subscribe to the 2 (dual cards and improved design) but I believe the analog volume is relative. I can't wait to try the x7ii so I can compare it with my x7i on am3. Fiio, when will it arrive in Manila?

Based on initial pics, externally, it looks like the x7i with x5iiis wheel on the left. It's good it can use the old amp modules. But, for those looking for an upgrade from x7i + am1, would it be a better bang for the buck solution to simply get the am3 for the x7i?

These kegs are power hungry. First time to try em on high gain with my x7 + am1 combo and it sings better. Bass is fuller and hits lower and deeper. Now thinking of purchasing the am3 module to give it more juice.
