  based on my experience it's been 4 weeks but sometimes Trevor side is quite fast but each countries have their own custom policies that may cause the delay.

with that, some ciem companies will ask you to go to a local audiologist and re-file that area IF the shell is thick enough...it happens to one of my ciem before

i did it before, after couple of days i placed my order decided to have it rush...then i emailed them and paid separately, it was sent to me at an earlier time 

maybe in time, i put my ciem in a dry cabinet every weekend..this dry cabinet is for my cameras actually....just to get rid of some moisture inside the shell...

I agree to this... i will be sending soon also my V8 and be converter to A8...Kudos to 64 Audio....

they don't ask the broken items to be sent back. happened to my cable last time. they sent me anew one.

agree on this, get an audiologist recommended by your manufacturer

i have that case also, can't wait to try it on tomorrow...almost forgot that case...Mine i even engraved my name behind..haha drawback is - it is a little bulky in thickness when put inside the pocket....

I was using Silver Dragon for couple of weeks before I sell it. I don't have Solv X but Therium instead.    Looks: Therium is best Quality: i would say silver dragon is build like a tank but not that soft and sometimes not comfortable to wear, Therium really suits my needs Sound:  i buy...

i have not experienced that at all...

there are alot of sellers out there for balanced cable like plussound, DHC, norne, headphonelounge and etc...

kinda agree to this,  but sometimes also it's not Norne's side, local courier also make some delays which happens to mine, Trevor delivered it as promised but my local courier made some mess - delay - promises and delayyyy....

it's $499  for normal upgrade, they will reshell it, so definitely you will solve your fit issues...you may want to send anew impression though...for me, i will still use my old impressions. they still keeped the copy (digital) as what they told me.... but that's 4-5 weeks wait...$249 for rush...

    I just got this Norne Therium...and im lovin it... first, is the build and looks of it, the quality of wire that was used is magnificent.

just wanted to share that we can now upgrade our non-Adel ciems...just send back to 64 audio...also the warranty will be defaulted to another 2yrs...Luvin their service...64 audio rocks!  sending my V8 soon...
