haven't tested IQ but reckon is more bass heavy and probably less suitable for rock / metal (IQ Pro more mid centric with adequate bass when called for) but this is up to anyone's personal preference

it's the very reason why I have abandoned visiting this site and buying more iems for several months now...90% of my files are rock and extreme metal - iq pro and fiio x5 + amp are my constant jogging companion, cholesterol and triglycerides are still dropping further !
