A small update after a month for anyone interested. The double sided tape is holding firm, didnt change anything yet in that regard. Gotta say, this solution works amazingly for me, its starting to get hot where i live so the real test has begun and the results are very good so far i think. Now...

Yeah im thinking the same thing, maybe ill glue it with some hot glue or some better heat resistant tape, either way ill update if anything changes.

I used thick double sided tape to attach both the feet and the fan, and to remove the original feet i just used a thin screw driver to pry them off, they are stuck on with strong glue, on the pic of the bottom you can see i stuck them back on between the bigger feet just in case id ever need...
