Good Amp and DAC?
So from what I'm getting I should steer clear of the A5+, if this is the case, why? And I don't care about portability, I want accurate powerful audio, but I can only have 2 speakers.- zogo13

Good Amp and DAC?
Hello, I'm in the market for an Amp and DAC (I don't mind if their two separate boxes) and I'd like to know what some options are for the 200$-300$ price point? And is having a separate Amp and DAC better than having them combined into one box?- zogo13

Astro A40 build quality?
Hello, I own a pair of Astro A40's while opinions on them are conflicting, I find the sound quality quite good for gaming, but most reviews say the build quality is good, and I cant agree on that, the build quality seems flimsy and not very sturdy, does anyone fell the same way?- zogo13

New pair of versatile headphones?
Thanks for the suggestions, but I've tried the Bower and Wikins and I find them very uncomfortable, also the HP50, while I liked the audio quality looked silly on my head, and I got some strange looks when I would wear them outside of my house, what about the V-mods M-100 and Beyerdynamic DT 770?- zogo13

Asus Xonar Essence STX Virtual 7.1?
Just as a possible explanation for the conflicting specs, the STX was released back in 2010, so the Asus website and manual specs were probably written back then, the YouTube video showing 8 channels is from 2012, I think the most plausible explanation is that it was updated. (Thanks for the...- zogo13

Asus Xonar Essence STX Virtual 7.1?
Pulled this off a youtube video, whats the 8 channels option? And the sound that HTv4 is producing, maybe its something else, just doesn't sound like 7.1, I used to have a pair of Logitech G430's they were a lot cheaper and their 7.1 was miles better.- zogo13
