The left connector issue seems to be a connection issue with the cup, not the cable. I swapped the sides of the cable just to mess with it, and the left is still the one cutting out.- Kerodon

Ah cool so it's just a QC thing. Do you/anyone have a way to check if its the cans or the connector? I don't have extra cables I'm pretty scrub. :( These are my only cans now, returns the 400i's for these :P- Kerodon

Talked to CS reps, and they said they are awaiting the shipment for the product and then being checked in at the warehouse (as in, it's on the way and should be here today).
