I hate to be a pain but is it possible if you can post a pic of you wearing the earphones from the side so I can see exactly where the remote hangs?

    IEM for rock and metal

I think you have me almost sold on the M-Duos!  Are they comfortable for wear for long periods of time and is the remote before or after the Y split?  If it's before then does the remote extend pass your chin or is it right at chin level?  I hate when they position the remote right at chin level...

    IEM for rock and metal

Those are a little out of my price range.  I am looking for a sub $100 IEM that is good for rock and metal, has good bass with a punch and bright but not too aggressive treble.  Also, preferably I would like to wear them with the cable down besides over the ears.  Do you have any other suggestions?

    IEM for rock and metal

How are the M-duos compared to the VSD1s?  I am hearing great things about V-sonic but all out of all honestly the IEMs themselves look pretty ugly and not very comfortable.

[REVIEW] MEElectronics M-DUO: The Treasured IEMs Under $100

What about the sibilance? I heard the M-Duo are pretty aggressive and prone to sibilant.  Any other suggestions in the sub $100 range?

[REVIEW] MEElectronics M-DUO: The Treasured IEMs Under $100

Do the M-Duos have more bass and sound fuller than the FXT90?  I just returned the FXT90 because I thought they sounded very thin and not a lot of bass.  I listen to mainly rock/metal.

You cannot or or can recommend the M-Duos?  It sounds to me like you are recommending these for metal, but I just wanted to double check.

Do you know the VC1000s compare to the VSD1s?  I hear that the VSD1s are good for rock and metal and are only around $50

The GR07s are a little out of my price range.  I did hear the VSD1S are supposed to be just as good though.  Does anyone have experience with the VSD1s and JVC FTX90s?  Is the VSD1s a fuller sounding IEM with more bass?

Thanks for clearing that up.  Are the Shures comfortable to wear for long periods of times and do they stay in the ear well if worn with the cables down?

    IEM for rock and metal

The closest IEM that I could find the 215 SL was the SE 215.  Do you know if these are the same IEMs?  http://www.amazon.com/Shure-SE215-K-Sound-Monitor-Black/dp/B004PNZFZ8/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1392092848&sr=8-2&keywords=shure+215

The Shure 215s sound good to me because a like a little extra bass with a nice punch.  Are the Shures comfortable to wear for long periods of time and do you know if you can wear the them with the cables down, opposed to over the ear?

Do the VC1000 have more bass impact then the FXT90s?  I am pretty disappointed on the lack of bass on the FTX90 even after burning them in for over 50 hours.

How do the Edifiers differ from the FXT90?  I paid $90 for the FXT90 and it looks like the Edifier are $60 cheaper in my country!  I still think my Klipsch S4s sound better than the FXT90.

    IEM for rock and metal

My FXT90s arrived two weeks ago and I have been burning them in for about 70 hours.  I don't know how I feel about them yet, but they do not have enough low end for me and they are very mid heavy which makes them sound a little artificial.  Do you think they will improve with more burning in...

    IEM for rock and metal

The HA-FXT90 looks like they got really good reviews, but the only thing is that they look pretty big and I am worried that they won't be comfortable to wear for long periods of time.  Does any have experience with these IEMs that can attest to this?

    IEM for rock and metal

I am located in MA.  The Monster Cable Earth Wind and Fire Gratitude look very nice.  Would you recommend those for metal over the VSD1s?   I liked the Image S4s a lot but I they aren't very durable, they are a little too bassy and could use more highs.  I just saw you mentioned the TDK...
