I need an amp, but don't know what to look get. Looking for recommendations
Ive also noticed the middle of the sound range can be a bit recessed and so can the treble. I was wondering whether an amp could help with that. I will also be listening on a DROID RAZR M because i just got it the other day.- squidramen55

They are pretty bassy. Based on what I have heard, I wouldn't need an amp. Perhaps i may get one if i get some new cans but i really appreciate everything.- squidramen55

Full size headphones under or around 250$
I would personally recommend Sony MDR-X10's. They are extremely comfortable and have pretty good sound quality. At the moment i believe they are on sale on the sony website for about $200.- squidramen55

Review by 'squidramen55' on item 'Sony X Headphones MDR-X10'
These are some great cans, but they do have some faults. The lows and the highs are very good, but the middles tends to fade out. I would say that these cans would sound best with some sort of electronic, techno, hip-hop, or pop. Ive also noticed that they work well with country as well as rock...- squidramen55
