Well i dont know of any that you can buy because i had the same problem. I turned to a 9v batt. but before i did that i found that old wireless home phones to be a great start. You were right! Thanks for your help. But sadly i have a new problem with my cmoy. Everything is hooked up right because when i plug a cd player to the IN and headphones are pluged in to the OUT, sound goes through but when i add the 9volt there is no added volume/ base ect... I dont know anything about these potentiometers but they look as if they will get the job done! I cannot find any information nor can I find pics to support what i have. just a portable amp question...
considering a portable amp design that will have a power supply of four 9 volt batteries, and considering the virtual ground divider would it be possible to use 2 1000µF 50V electrolytic capacitors if configured properly? Is it possible...?
Well i mean with additional opamps can i have multiple inputs and outputs? Is it possible to implament this so I can have two inputs for two CD players and to outputs for two headphones? If so, then it comes down to configuration with mabey a switch of some sort.- thenewguy

Is it possible...?
Is it possible to incorperate 2 or more op-amp chips in a single project? If I wanted say eight channels of output and four channels of input would it be possible to use more than one op-amp chip? If so how many would I need?- thenewguy

Thank you so much! I was in doubt but because all the DIY guides i have looked at said that RadioShack products are crap, but for me i hate to order online and I have a RadioShack within walking distance of my house. Why should i upgade soon?- thenewguy
