Well tbh I don't know... but I'd rather focus on Iriver, not the pc, because currently I'm using srh440 with this sound card and it's enough - I don't expect much

What about the soundstage with Fiio E10, is it largely reduced or just slightly? And gererally are amps making SE-A1000 sound much better or the change is not so hearable?
