anyone experience audio issues with windows 7? i get crackling and popping sounds when i listen to music if i restart the computer, it's ok then around 1 day later the problem comes out i'm thinking that somehow theres some kind of lag problem? i have win 7 64bit pro E6300...

Anyone use power conditioners out there? I recently picked up a belkin pureAV PF31 power conditioner from a friend. I find that it makes my amp sound more...polite. i might go back to plugging directly into the wall or get a ps audio power bar (no surge protection) for more outlets...
