Doubtful if a source can have this much effect,wait for a few weeks,if brain burn in does not occur get something else with smoother signature.

U are free to audition and compare both,i had gr07 for a year,too sibilant vs p1.The sub bass was better though,i loved the drums on gr07.Still the overall bass is more in p1 vs mk2.

Gr07 are no match for p1,,i would be surprised if u used it after getting p1.

Yup,after comparing these to vc1000 and dn 2000 i finally came to know what being incoherent actually means. If these were made by beats or monster,,they would have been priced north of 600-700 definitely.

Yes it lacks a bit of sub bass but overall the mid bass punch is very good.The mids are silky and highs are amazing.Point is its much much smoother sounding than gr07 with a bigger soundstage and much better seal.If u ask me there is no contest really.

Consider mee audio p1,an absolute upgrade on gr07..........

Anyone here bought p1?? I have it for about 10 days now and these things are fantastic.It beats atleast dn 2000(haven't heard 2000j though) hands down.Its way better than vc1000 and havi b3 is not even in the same league. Anyone wanting a non fatiguing signature will love these.

My x1 drives them well but there are some 24 bit flac files of classical music that require more power and i need even e17k at high gain to listen to their full potential.Otherwise its good at 80-85 volume level on the x1.   Sorry,don't have an iphone so no comment.

Fit is actually excellent and should be a strong point of p1.

My P1 arrived today.   Just a brief 30 min impressions   These are really smooth and should be great for extended listening.The detail retrival is excellent,on par with dn 2000.The bass punches deep and imho these are a tad bit on warmer side,just a bit. The mids seem a bit laid back to me...

Try flc8s,dn 2000k and meeaudio p1. Do not waste money on small budget buys,,,,for midcentric sound aurisonic rockets are probably bomb but they have a n shaped signature with rolled off highs and lows.I would urge u to seriously consider mee audio p1 and look at the thread of that iem.   But...

My new meeaudio p1 are gonna arrive soon enough,courtesy my cousin from canada..........i will post impressions in coming weeks.

    Generally such pairs with more harsh upper frequencies give a perception of added clarity like my hp 200 headphone.I hope u remember hp200 as u had reviewed it once nd i bought it reading ur review and am pretty happy. So i think if a person likes a relatively flat,neutral headphone...

Great review mate.   mee a151 was my first true good iem.This will be on my radar for sure.Although u have compared this to dn 2000j but i will ask again.   Would this be a substitute considering i mostly listen to classical,progressive rock and occasionally rap?

Just got these babies last week and i am pretty happy for it.   These are my first pair of headphones...........both open or closed.   So i just had iem's to compare this to and i used vc1000,vc02 and b3pro1 for this.Sad to say that it clobbers the vsonic vc1000 in everything except the bass...
