I would like to know how is the Ω value of the POT affect the cmoy sounds. As the parts list recommends a 10kΩ pot, and I accidentally bought a wrong one which is 5kΩ. Will it fits in a cmoy running with 1 9V battery?   

I am trying to scale down the layout of the cmoy this is what i came up with: http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b132/logosway/cmoy1.jpg   but it is not working at all.. it actually created some plain noise for a few seconds and nothing came out anymore. I hope you can give me a hand...

Is it possible to use a 12V battery, like this: http://www.online-batterien.de/shop/bilder/produkte/gross/GP-High-Voltage-Battery-23AE-A23-V23GA-MN21-5er-Blister.jpg in the cmoy? beside checking a voltage of C1, not smaller than 12V, what else do i need to take care of?

I am looking at the store in HK. I can't find the OPA132/134 family of op-amps here, but a list of other op-amps. Can anyone help me to find a suitable op-amp for a cmoy out of this list? Or what kind of op-amp should I choose for it? Please help...
