Has anyone used aet08 tips on these? So far, I'm not too satisfied with the sound of these :frowning2: Maybe it's because I am not used to the sound of IEM (I have been using headphones for 10+ years) These sound a little muffled and congested. Would burn-in help the sound? any ear tip...- pjyi

M40X into Bluetooth headphones
Ever since I got my iem, I either use my go-to headphones Sundara's at my desk or IT01 iem. That left my M40X's unused for quite some time, but I didn't want to sell them... So..... I made them into Bluetooth headphones. I took out the lock and placed 2.5mm to 3.5mm converter. Then I connected...- pjyi

Hmm.. While it has plenty room for my ear, I feel it's not creating the proper seal. Back and bottom portion is hovering around my ear. You don't notice that?- pjyi

Hifiman Sundara (HE400i upgraded, around $500)
I see! BTW, I got the aliexpress earpads and... I don't like them :frowning2:. They provide much better seal around your ears, more comfort, and more sub-bass. However, they change the sound of Sundara's that I love. It think it makes the sundara sound warmer and they don't sound as refined...- pjyi
