Sounds like this is the amp I am going with then. Will be my first tube amp so pretty excited. Should I stay with the ol' make sure headphones are plugged in when powering on with this amp or does it matter?

Hmmm...haven't checked those out but they do seem nice. Might look more into them. Anybody else got any input on any of the amps mentioned in this thread? Or maybe a La Figaro 339? Heard that was a nice one as well.
