Oh, thank you but I think we're talking about two different things. Basically speaking, I want to mow my yards and listen to whatever is playing on my TV via some earbuds or headphones. Typical Bluetooth doesn't have the range needed to do that.

Thanks to earlier advice on this forum, I've discovered AudioRelay which lets me send audio from my HTPC & Nvidia Shield TV streaming device to my cellphone over WiFi. My cellphone then sends that audio over bluetooth to my earbuds (razer & bose, depending on activity). Apt-X. This works great...

Ahh, I just noticed my screenshot has the L & R reversed on the part where I used Paint to make lines. It'll be plugging into a Qudelix-5K which is very mainstream.

As long as the pinout is the same with R-, R+, L+, L- in that order, then I'll be fine. But I don't know much about various plugs so if I'm wrong, please do correct me!
