    I guess there are quite some differences. FIrst of all, the KSE-1500 sourced with my iPhone 6 had a sound stage that was more neat and better at locating the sound elements. However sourced by the AK380, the KSE-1500 had better sound texture. Even though the spacial relations were not as defined.

    The iPhone USB source is actually an excellent source. It has better positioning properties of sound elements than the Line-in. You can use EQ to filter out the hisses. I also provide one Apple Lightning extension cable.

    Just got my AK 380. Whenever I plug it in, my computer tells me that it could be plugged into USB 3.0. However the microUSB on the AK 380 is not the type that supports USB 3.0 .     I also tried the Beoplay H8. IMO the H8 actually is a downgrade on sound. The H6 is just right. I am right about my "prejudice". All Active noise cancelling headphones have a cramped and noisy rough sound which ruins everything.

    Problem with the Beoplay H6 is that unlike what other ppl say about it, I believe it has a just little bit too much low freq. It works ok with an iPhone. However, when I try it with the same song under my TEAC P90SD or my desktop system, it reveals that the H6 actually buffed the low freq zone.

    Nah, I was trying to say that the Beyerdynamic T50p and DT 1350 both have slightly echoing problem, as if you were in a cave. Regardless of the source, T 50 p and DT 1350 all possess the same problem. I do not own a T50p nor a DT 1350. I once tried them at a showcase and discovered the problem...
