    A preamp of some sort??

    Hi   I'm planning to get a Schiit Bifrost as DAC, the problem is that I have two amps and the bifrost only has one pair of output. Is there some kind of preamp of some sort that could take one source and output it into more than 2 pairs of outputs?   Thanks

    I have tried pro 900 straight out of iPod 3.5 and there was no problem. I have also tried iPod 3.5mm to O2 via 3.5 to 3.5 and it was fine. I'm beginning to think it might be my line out cable or the actually iPod dock itself. My lineout cable is a Fiio L9

    Sadly the J$ pads are no longer available. Probably Kee's mod this headphone when the 2 year warranty goes out.

    For me if i moved my ear to the centre of the cup, the soundstage widens and the mids come out more. If you go too forward it sounds grainy and less refined. If you place your ears to the back of cup the mids gets recessed and the soundstage narrows.

    The 900 has a fairly wide soundstage for a closed headphone. The soundstage is around 160-180 degrees wide. The positioning of instrument is fairly accurate but i think if lacks a bit of depth in the soundstage. Hope this helps If you want more info go on the appreciation thread for more...
