yeah i cant get the polk its not sold here and i have no system right now and chances are whatever i get wont be upgraded for quite some time if it doesnt break or anything.

the specs for ms40 are great and should give better bass but when i read reviews its mostly av40 being more popular. also aktimates have the same low specs as m-audio yet they are even way more popular. specs dont seem to equal performance or likablity.

does anyone know anything about aktimate micro? also if i go with AV40 should i at all be concerned with the very limited freq range that starts at 80hz?

never heard of these to be honest. comon guys i know its hard because no one person tried all speakers to know which are the best but i cant decide, no review is  ever happy with speakers in this price range.

budget is like below $200, my choices at the moment are buhringer ms-40, m-audio av40, Alesis M1 or the Akai pro RPM3. need something with good bass though but aint too big of a size.

i came here to ask same thing, i dont know what i should go with, microlab solo 6c or behringer? help! or even Edifier S330D. other choices are M-Audio AV-40 or Swan D1080 MKII or Swan M10. i cant find these microlabs either been waiting for a while.

With the original Titanium x-fi, does the WASAPI windows mixer bypass work with it? It only mentions ASIO for bit-perfect which from what I read happens to be older and maybe serves a different purpose. Also I want to ask if x-fi mixer only resamples when windows mixer is enabled or does it...
