I'm currently using a Fiio E07k connected to a Sony Xperia ultra smartphone. I'd like to replace this setup with smartphone that includes a dac and a small headphone amp. Which large smartphones should I be looking at? I'd be content if the smartphone sounded as good as my macbook does.

I'm about to purchase a windows 8.1 tablet... Which of these would work? I have akg q701,senn hd 518, and about to purchase Shure srh840. I realize the e12 doesn't have a dac.
