How do these stack up against the E5000s?

What are the changes they made between the DJ100s and 200s?

Goddamn, I just picked up a pair of these on a whim a couple of days ago. These are so ridiculously incredible, they're stealing me away from my K7XX's. I foresee using these for the near future; these are something else.

Where can one find a pair of these nowadays?

Just dropped into the current K7XX drop. Will the FiiO E17 DAC/Amp be enough to drive these?

I had issues with the cord which caused my right earphone to die earlier this year and received the replacement today... the extra eartips were a pleasant surprise. I noticed the jack has more rubber around it. I hope the build quality issues are sorted out.

Yeah, I got mine directly from Head Direct and I didn't get a case. I did get a cable winder but it's kind of unwieldy.

In the re-400 portion, you mention a zippered carrying case, but my package of my own re-400s did not include one. Where did you hear of this case?

I recently picked up the E17 for use with my H598's and I have to say it's a very pleasant surprise! I find I like the Treble and Bass on the 4 setting with the gain on 6.
