    Beats by Dre?

I still don't understand how Beats by Dre looks "cool". Beats Mixr looked good, but other Beats models look cheap and weird looking. They look like cheap plastic toys, not headphones.   I don't know how people view Beats design as a masterpiece in design. If they had not advertised...

Budget $200-300 Want over-ear decent design headphone to buy

My friend wants a headphone that sounds good, but doesn't want a headphone that looks weird. I am assuming that he will not buy a DAC.   Anyone got a suggestion? I have HD 25-1 II, and it's very uncomfortable to me. Something comfortable would be nice, since he said he wants to listen...

So if I were to get an Sennheiser HD25 II, what kind of amp or dac I would need? ( I want as cheap as it can be...) Or .. if there is not much difference with cheap amp or dac for ipod/desktop, should I just get a cheaper headphone?

    Need an headphone around $150 + amp/dac

I searched AKG K240 MKII, and some people are saying that Sennheiser is much better. Please provide me some feedbacks. I would choose AKG more, because I prefer semi-open compared to open, but that's one of my least concerns.

    Need an headphone around $150 + amp/dac

I kind of change my mind half way. I read it on the other thread that headphones are not really for "producing/mixing" ... For a 150 dollars, would you guys recommend a studio monitor or headphone? I don't really mind either one. Looking for sound quality more than anything else..

    Need an headphone around $150 + amp/dac

I have been using computer speakers, since I stay at home most of the times. Recently, out of no where.. I wanted to buy an headphone really bad. (lol) What would be an average audiophile headphone to buy for around $150? I am planning to use it for couple of years so.. (I really wanted those...
