PHOTO TIME

These are not all the photos, I wasn't able to get through editing all of them, but I hope to upload some more by this weekend. This meet was brilliant! I got to hear all kinds of new setups. My highlights were Audeze's LCD-2C,.the Spirit Labs, and the plethora of ampandsound's product lineup...

I wish I took more pics. Got swept up with listening and meeting with everyone! Great meet, if not the best ever! My highlight listening came from the new Mr. Speakers Aeon Flows. Of course, I forgot to capture a photo of those babies. :triportsad: Hopefully next time I'll pay more attention...

^Next to "Chaos A.D.", "Arise" is probably my favorite body of work from Sepultura. Good stuff! It's been a long time since I've made a post here, but right now I'm listening to Jerry Smith's "Back At The Chicken Shack" and my right foot can't stop tapping. :)

I first thought those speakers were something else.  

We'll make sure the big room is reserved and not pushed aside. I feel if we are paying for the main room, we should get the main room. We will know what happens next week.

Ok so update here: Harmon Library (our old location down the street from Bruton Barr) might be up for grabs. Unfortunately for the dates we chose we have to wait till after the July 17th to make any reservations. So expect a confirmation sometime that week!

Unfortunately this is accurate. The library's larger rooms are on the upper floors (3rd floor I believe), which could complicate setup. This will most likely be the last time we use the library, as for our Spring meet we hope to move to a bigger venue, preferably a hotel.

Very true! On that note, I hope all our members are alive and well, this heat has been brutal.

It definitely was, I could ask when we go to make reservations if opening that entrance could be a possibility.    Anyways, looking forward to seeing everyone again. I'm hoping temps cool down by September. It's supposed to be 120F this Sunday and Monday, so I'm already not much looking...

Hi, Pete; I'm not aware of the Bush turntables. I will say however, I would recommend saving your money for a Debut Carbon table or even a U-Turn Orbit Plus. More bang for the buck, and great sound.

Here is my setup currently. It's still a bit cluttered, but that'll change over time. I will eventually get a new monitor (or two) as well as a new headphone rig. For now though, I'm happy. :)
