lets say this hifi is the source -YAMAHA Pianocraft E-320 im interested in buying that hifi will the sound on it be the same?

if i burn 320kbps as an audio cd and the same 320kbps put on an usb stick and listen both of that on the same all in one hifi system will i get the same sound quality or will the sound quality from the usb stick be different than the one from an audio cd
