Sorry. Awful
This new site is absolutely not user friendly. Now I cannot find my subscriptions. Searching in sub forums is bad and sending private message is awkward. Etc. Etc. No matter how much work you've done the improper release of the new site without extensive testing is an absolute failure. I cannot...- LeeC

You should real try different tips. Turn the tips slowly and gently the tube is not that fragile :) I hate the hiss from SE535 but I still like 535 more than W4R.- LeeC

Thanks. I compared the HO and LO at the same volume level, to my ears the HO is still much better. But with SE535 the hiss is too bad. I may just use W4R with the DX50 or get a C5 to pair with it.- LeeC

SE530/535 Acoustic Filter Mod: More SQ improvement than cables? Dampers!
Since there's no white ones in stock so I ordered 3 gray and 3 brown from digikey. (shipping is expensive from mouser to Canada). After listened for about 30 minutes I found the gray ones brought more details and boost the high a bit but the sibilance is too much. On brown ones the high is more...- LeeC

Listened to DX50 with 3 IEMS, GR07, SE535 and W4R. So far SE535 has the most noticeable hiss and is too sibilant. No hiss from GR07 and hard to notice from W4R. Overall W4R has the best sound quality, more fuller and detailed. Also I noticed when power on or power off the DX50, you can hear...- LeeC

Thank you and xnuthecaveman for the info. Yes it's not noticeable when playing but as I remember there's no or much less hiss when paired with W4R. Maybe just because se535 is too sensitive. Really hope iBasso could fix or reduce the hiss in the future firmware update.- LeeC

Today got a pair of se535 with DX50 and immediately noticed the hiss from phone out :( felt sad though the DX50 sounds good overall but I expect better from iBasso. Compare to my ipod 160G,the DX50 does show improvement in sound quality but not a big improvement in all aspects. Firmware update...- LeeC

NECO SOUNDLABS PORTABLE V.2 AMP
Got mine 2 days ago and it's amazing! One thing I noticed is that the blue LED is too bright like a flashlight at night. So I replaced it with a much dimmer green one. The seller is a very nice guy and I highly recommend this little AMP.- LeeC
