HibyMusic Android and iOS Music Player - Bit-perfect USB Output; Network and Dropbox Streaming
Sorry to say I'm still having this issue, after the update of the app. My music is in a exFAT HD drive I connect via USB using different hardware&software player: - Hiby R6 2020 (Android 10) recognize it, scan and play music from it (HibyMusic and other apps) - Smartphone (Android 10) works the...- Seld

HibyMusic Android and iOS Music Player - Bit-perfect USB Output; Network and Dropbox Streaming
Sorry for the insistence. Music is stored on a 2.5" exFAT hard disk drive connected to a powered USB hub. If I connect it to my Hiby R6-2020 (Android 10 if I'm not mistaken) the app recognizes it and uses it, with or without the hub. If I connect it to the Samsung phone (Android 12) the app...- Seld

HibyMusic Android and iOS Music Player - Bit-perfect USB Output; Network and Dropbox Streaming
...Anyone can help? Sorry for my insistence. HibyMusic App does not recognize my external usb drive with the music... and I don't know if it is a problem of settings in my tablet or if it is a limit of the "general" android app when not using a Hiby DAP. Thanks a lot!- Seld

HibyMusic Android and iOS Music Player - Bit-perfect USB Output; Network and Dropbox Streaming
Just a little question. When using Hiby Music app in a smartphone/tablet (not a DAP) can I access the music files in a external drive/storage? In my Hiby R6 2020 DAP, I can... in my android tablet I cannot even if I give all the permissions to the app. Is this normal? Thanks a lot!- Seld

Free Astell & Kern Kann for you
"...you may say I'm a dreamer... but I'm not the only one..." I listened some hours ago... and now I feel those words soooo true :-))) Please add me to your generous donation game. I'd love to know if I'm still able to find sound differences between my player and a Kann. Deep inside me...- Seld

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
Thank you very much. I’ve got a large classical music library and I have to admit sometimes I don’t remember if I’ve already listened that specific Mozart trio, or that Bach sonata...- Seld

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
Thanks for the response. I must say that mine is not really a NAS: I have an old modem with USB sharing to which a 2tb hd with the music library is attached. But until I made up my mind to use a bitperfect chain, everything was fine with me. Now that I have got a Hiby R6.2020 for my HD650 I...- Seld

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
I'm actually not using upnp/DLNA but only direct samba sharing... since my NAS does not work properly in upnp/DLNA (I can only see a tenth of the files...) I know that samba is a more basic sharing but I was impressed with Neutron's network-scan and thought UAPP did it the same way.- Seld

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
Sorry if I bring up this "old" question, but I would like to solve the same problem... My large library is on NAS shared with samba, but UAPP allows me to browse files only in folder mode ... while Neutron (demo) scans the files and allows me to select them by genre or artist etc as if they were...- Seld

HiBy R6 2020 User Impressions
Thanks for your check. The problem is with the FLAC files. For what I know is related to the MIME type of the FLAC files. I have nearly 2TB of music library in FLAC... don't want to convert them anymore. I tried every way: a simple samba sharing, a DLNA sharing, with or without a music server...- Seld

I'm sorry if I'm so precise in asking: do you have FLAC files in a folder of a network hd and the HibyMusic app sees and reads them? if yes ... where have I been wrong for a week? thank you- Seld

Best "private" wireless library solution to play with a DAP
Thank you very much! Yes, I confirm I listen only in the house, moving from a room to another due to the family's needs... so interesting I can use only samba sharing. But... since I listen a lot of classical, I need a very good User Interface to browse all the files to find composers...- Seld

Hello everyone! Is there anyone else who is having pops /clicks issues listening to lossless downloaded albums on Apple Music?
