I can say without any doubts (coming from someone who has many) that the 'Ferrari' headphones most certainly was crap (or fundamentally flawed), I mean there is subjective taste in response and then there is 'ouch this sound is hurting me when I turn it up'. Its not as if I enjoyed saying they...- ovo

i cant comment on the JH5's as Ive never heard them! I probably never will given how much of a complete disappointment the 7's are, maybe I got a dud pair but they were repaired and sent back so this seems doubtful. and yes I did compare them to a $30 pair of IEM's, thats how...- ovo

JH7 opinion
Ok, Ive had the jH7's for over a year now and am finally getting round to giving back to the community. Ive been into music for about 20 years, just in my own studio in various projects so my needs in sound range from above average to way above. So when I decided to find out what a $800 pair of...- ovo

I too am interested in hearing about the JH5 to the 13's, I have come from low end IEM starting with the CX300's which I liked for $60, sure the bass was over the top but it was the fact that 3 pairs in a row died on me so I got the hifiman RE0 for a $100 after reading a glowing review here...- ovo

Multi-IEM Review - 352 IEMs compared (Pump Audio Earphones added 04/03/16 p. 1106)
I bought the REO's after reading the reviews here after having 3 pairs of cx300's breaking in just over a year and these are what I compare the REO's to, that and my HD280's. First off their sensitivity is WAY less than the cx-300's (100dB vs.112dB) This is a huge difference and so their max...- ovo
