Recommendations for portable set-up
I guess I would be interested in a DAP upgrade as thinking about having to attach a DAC to my pixel is abit too much of a hassle. Question is how much improvement can I get by upgrading my source but still using Spotify as my main music library. If you have any input on this it would really be...- fraggerz

DT880 Manufactering Issues?
Yep. but the last time I mailed them, they weren't of much help and they asked me to ship the item back to B&H which cost me another 40 bucks from Singapore. I hope that they give me a better solution this time, maybe send a set of the plastic piece over so i can screw them in myself without...- fraggerz

DT880 Manufactering Issues?
Hi all, I've recently purchased the DT880/600 from Amazon but i was upset to see that it had the same problem the DT770/32 i purchased not long ago from B&H. This is the Left side of the headphone and plastic piece that is holding the earcups. As you can see, there is clearly a gap. This is...- fraggerz

James444's IEM giveaway thread (competition has ended - see post #344 and #354 for winners!)
Haha....Great Thread I have to say^^ I'd love to try the CK100 hearing that it has great clarity. I own the RE0 and have yet to find another IEM thata has clarity and great highs like it.(I've tried UM3X and Westone 3 but none really got the clarity and amazing highs and mids that I desire!)...- fraggerz

Laptop --> USB Total Bithead --> MKIII ---> DT880/600
Is this a good combo? Or using the TBH as a DAC out is useless and won't affect the SQ? My Laptop is using a probably really lousy sound card(Realtek) So can i have some input? Thanks- fraggerz

DT880 600Ohm/250Ohm considering that I'm using a Total Bithead
Yes....I know that this thread has been started countless times but I want a specific question answered. Should i get the DT880 250Ohms or 600Ohms? I've read through a few threads and all of them said that the 600Ohms sound much better than the 250Ohms in terms of bass and treble. Due...- fraggerz

Westone 3 VS RE0
I've owned both RE0 and W3. I would say that the iphone 3gs does not pair up well with the W3. It makes the W3 sound muffled when its not, you could have been losing some clarity there. Maybe you should think of getting a better MP like Fuze or s:flo. It will greatly increase the enjoyment of...- fraggerz

Am I being stupid? Should I just buy the holy grail instead? What would you suggest?
Hmm.....no wonder i got confused. I don't really then full-sized are portables? well i think that depends on personal preferances i guess. But i don't think most full sized will give you the isolation you need on the go compared to iems.- fraggerz

Am I being stupid? Should I just buy the holy grail instead? What would you suggest?
Well.....i started from Klipsch S4,t then RE0 then UM3X then W3. I've grew tired of all of them and now i'm moving to full-sized headphones. My 2 cents, a headphones which cost less than a top tier IEM can probably still sound better than the IEM. Why not skip all the crap and just go to...- fraggerz
