Is this a good or bad idea? I have trouble sleeping and I want to use it to listen to some white noise while I am sleeping. What I'm worried about is that I might turn my head at night and there goes my headphones.

Does bitrate lower over time? I've noticed that some of my songs have dropped to random numbers such as 191, 219, and 188. Is there another cause to this? It's pretty annoying to have to go through all my songs and replace them again.

I've noticed that some songs sound louder in the left side of my headphones. The sound balance is in the middle and these headphones are fairly new, so it must be the songs. Does anyone know why this is?
