My RE0s came in yesterday, I'm really enjoying them so far! When I'm not actively listening to them I have them burning in, really excited to hear what they'll sound like after 50 hours. I have to agree that the included tips are mostly useless. I couldn't get a decent fit with any of them...

Another update already? Nice. I'd be interested in hearing about these bugs, too. I also switch between Headhpone 3 and Viva 2. Every now and then I like the Pop setting. From what I read, I'll probably be using the more bass focused settings when my RE0s arrive this week.

I just want to add that since buying my S9 in February, there have been two (maybe three, I forget) firmware upgrades released. It seems that Cowon is pretty serious about their support. The community on their forums have been pretty good about answering questions, as well. That is a rad...
