HiFiman HE-500 (HE as in High End) Proving to be an enjoyable experience in listening.
Definitely check out the velpads for sound, I have had the original velour and leather pads along with alpha pads, the velpads are much better sounding than all of the ones I have tried. They just work so well with the HE500- SpoolinEclipse

Philips Fidelio X2?!
I still enjoy my pair. I use it primarily for gaming, and spotify / lower quality music. If you want a fun signature it's surprisingly good for the price. It's not really a bass cannon but it has significantly more low end than a lot of the headphones I've owned.- SpoolinEclipse

HiFiman HE-500 (HE as in High End) Proving to be an enjoyable experience in listening.
I'm going to be grabbing some velpads whenever they come back in stock. I've been using Alpha pads for several years, and I like the sound plus added comfort you get from them but heck $15 for velpads is cheap! Love these headphones, they still do it for me after all these years.- SpoolinEclipse

Need help choosing IEM for sleep <$50
Thank you for the recommendation, I will have a look into the Panasonic models mentioned, and Serman005 I tend to sleep on my sides, so something low profile enough to lie down with my head on the pillow would be ideal.- SpoolinEclipse

Need help choosing IEM for sleep <$50
Hey all, it's been a while and I could use some help finding a good smaller iem to use while in bed and sleeping, comfort is the main priority. They'll be used for binaural beats and music I don't need anything too fancy just something comfortable that is neutral-ish. I did see Massdrop has the...- SpoolinEclipse

Grado Fan Club!
Rejoining the Grado fan club, well technically never left haha. Picked up a used pair of the newer SR325is with the powder coat type finish from a fellow head-fi'er, and wow these are awesome. I do not find the treble to be piercing whatsoever, however that may be due to my source and amp...- SpoolinEclipse

uDAC -> uDAC-2: Worth it?
Hey tom, I have had both, and i'll give you my opinion best as I can. The uDAC-2 improved details in the music by a good margin, as well as soundstage/seperation. It also removes the midbass coloring a bit from the uDAC-1. I felt it was an improvement for sure, the only reason I parted with...- SpoolinEclipse
