I saw a positive video review of RCA HP275K Clip-On Supra-Aural earphones. There are no other reviews, and they're really cheap and I'm really tempted to buy them, so I'm wondering what Head-Fi thinks of them.

What are/is IEMS? If they're ear buds or cannalphones, they won't work for me.

The only headphones I have is a Koss KPH/6 I got for five bucks at WalMart. They're not that bad, but I want something that has clearer, brighter sound and better isolation, but for under $40. I'm using an iPod Nano 4G.
