I just charged it for the first time, and then looked in the internal memory and there are already a bunch of music folders. Each artist has maybe 1 song in the file, so I don't know if it was used...

So, I tried to connect m iPod to sync new music, and the hard drive started clicking. The Apple logo shows up, then shuts off and constantly restarts. I can boot into Disk Mode, but the computer doesn't even recognize it and iTunes crashes every time I connect it. I read somewhere to try...

So, I tried to Rockbox my iPod mini before trying the 5G...I used some of the settings posted here, which sound great, and I enabled crossfeed. But, every 20 secs or so, every song in my library starts to skip, unless I turn crossfeed off. Is there any sort of fix for this, or do I just have to...

Originally, I was planning on getting something like the D4 Mamba or D10 Cobra to pair with closed phones, but I think I'm going to be getting some IEMs instead (Fischer DBA-02, 48 ohm impedance)...since I think these will be fine with a Clip+/Fiio E5, I think I can get away with getting a USB...

Edit: Okay, so I've noticed that Crossfeed is causing all the problems with the skipping in the tracks...I've got it turned off right now, but the sound is better with it on, minus the skips of course... Does anyone know how to remedy this? Thanks!
