Where to go after NuForce IEMs?
I found my answer: Beyerdynamic MMX 101 iEs. Here's the review I posted on Amazon: _____________________________ I had been a huge NuForce fan because of their spacious soundstage (being able to hear and identify each instrument rather than just a jumbled mess) and really fun bass...- MaxRabbit

Where to go after NuForce IEMs?
I'm deployed overseas and I "lost" my NuForce NE-700Ms. Before them, I had the NE-7Ms. As you can see, I am a huge NuForce fan, but they are not producing mid-end IEMs anymore. Therefore, I'm in search of a new company of earphones with similar sound quality. I loved the way the NuForce's...- MaxRabbit

Nuforce to Velodyne vPulse?
So I can't say I'm thrilled... Listening to the vPulse sounds a bit like listening to a subwoofer; the bass sounds like air pounding into your ears but the instruments and the voice sounds very far away. Any recommendations for where a Nuforce lover could turn? Perhaps a pair of Ety's?- MaxRabbit

Nuforce to Velodyne vPulse?
Hello from a long time Head-Fi forums reader! I'm deployed overseas and it appears someone "wrongfully appropriated" my Nuforce NE-700m IEMs. It's almost a relief because I've had Nuforce for about 4 years and am ready to try something new. I'm a huge fan of the sound from the...- MaxRabbit

Virginia beach/Norfolk/Suffolk Thanksgiving meet?
Anyone available to meet in the Norfolk/Suffolk/Virginia Beach area during the weekend of Thanksgiving? I'll be in Suffolk during Thanksgiving break-as far as gear goes I can bring V-Moda Vibe Duos and JVC Marshmallows with a Kramer's mod. Not much, but it's something I can bring to the table...- MaxRabbit

Any way to try IEMs?
Well-I had hoped there'd be some miraculous way to try them out around where I live; there are no big stores near nor a Guitar Center Although, we do have a Radio Shack.- MaxRabbit

Any way to try IEMs?
You know, the average person has a big issue plunking down $75+ for something they've never tried before-and heard both good and bad reviews of. I, personally, have a big issue with this. Now, is there a way to actually try IEMs without yet buying them, or a way to return them if you don't...- MaxRabbit

Good blocking IEMs
Well it sounds like there are so many good things about them, that I won't be disappointed no matter what! However, I just like being 100% confident in my purchases... Still very open to suggestions and comparisons. Max- MaxRabbit

Good blocking IEMs
I'm reluctant to buy anything still. I don't want to spend $70+ on something that won't be really good! Can someone give me more information than just recommendations. Right now, I'm leaning for the ER-6i... But still not sure.- MaxRabbit

Good blocking IEMs
I listen to rock music-so bass it slightly important. However, I've read reviews that original bass-lovers realize that they were missing the good parts of the music because their bass was drowning it out...l The Atrio M5s are good in isolation? Also, what about sound quality compared to any...- MaxRabbit

...or new ones (USD 170) - except if you're a basshead. Then I'd go for Etymotic ER4S and use them on a rockboxed iPod (They sound great and have *excellent* isolation. The best phones to use in airplanes.) Thanks for your suggestion! I really appreciate new suggestions, but I'll tell...- MaxRabbit
